ABOUT US

Founded by Karro and Mari, Heathen was born from a desire to create a more inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community through clothing and self-expression.

As members of the community ourselves, we often found that queer-focused apparel was either limited, stereotypical, or designed without queer voices at the center of the process. We wanted to create something different - something authentic, inclusive, and rooted in the experiences of the people it represents.

Many of our designs are inspired by queer culture and sapphic identity, but Heathen was never meant to be exclusive. Our goal is to create clothing that helps people express themselves, feel seen, and connect with a community that celebrates them for who they are.

What started as an idea has grown into something much bigger. Many of our customers first discovered us through social media, and the support we've received from our community has shaped Heathen every step of the way.

At its core, Heathen is about representation, visibility, and belonging. We're proud to create apparel that celebrates queer identity year-round and helps build a space where everyone feels welcome.
